Introduction

allNext is a consulting firm, specialized in supporting and advising actors and stakeholders involved in cities development, funding and management.

It was created by a team of six consultants with the willingness of sharing their knowledge in France as well as abroad, in several fields:

  • urban development and urban planning
  • housing development and finance
  • local finances

allNext works with Governments, local authorities, development agencies, donors and funding organizations.

Depending on the mission, it can mobilize:

  • individual consultants
  • multidisciplinary teams

Serving the cities

allNext was created in 2013 by six consultants who have been working together for more than 25 years: A.Sinet, V. Chomentowski, L.Godin, P.Housset, G.Le Bihan, J.Pigey

They had previously collaborated in other consulting firms, in France as well as in numerous developing countries (see team presentation)
